Tracking information is typically available within 1-5 business days after placing your order. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking details.

Most orders are processed within 2-7 working days. When your order is shipped, you will receive a separate email stating the order has been shipped.

Orders typically take 2-3 weeks to arrive.

Delivery times vary depending on processing time and region; however, Standard delivery typically takes 14-20 days or 2-3 weeks.

We aren’t able to offer overnight shipping because most of our products are shipped from overseas directly from our suppliers. Our shipping times are 2-4 weeks. If you need the product by a specific date, please leave a note during checkout and we will contact you if we aren’t able to deliver the product by this date.

Items must be returned within 30 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging. All refunds are issued as a store credit in the form of a Crocodilewear gift card.

We completely get it, we change our minds too! We can alter or cancel an order before it's shipped. We are unable to alter or cancel shipped orders.

You are still able to exchange or return the item for a store credit within 30 days of receiving it.
